Chef Kris Van Tuyl is a true ‘working man’s chef’. Starting out as a dishwasher at age 14, his industry experience has run the gamut. Van Tuyl honed his talents at The Embassy Club, as Sous Chef of Le Jardin and most recently as Executive Chef of the start up catering company, Occasions Made Right.
Luna showcases Chef Kris Van Tuyl’s culinary art with an emphasis on fresh, local fare - with an occasional international spin - served in a charming East Village spot.
